This fascinating detective story unravels the mystery behind a recent discovery of rare Chung Ling Soo posters. Following Soo's death the two women in his life each made their own attempt to capitalize on Soo's name by licensing his equipment to various magicians such as Alfred Banks, Arthur Hortopp, Royal Raceford and Edmund Younger. Each man became a faux-Chinese illusionist but none reached the level of success achieved by the original. The story reads like a good mystery novel and touches on many previously-unrecorded areas of British magic history. Supplies are extremely limited.
